BEFORE THE NEVADA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
A To Z Towing, LLC d/b/a A To Z Towing LV (Seller) and A To Z Towing Services, Inc. (Buyer) filed a Joint application under Docket 22-08023, for sale and transfer of the authority to provide consent-only tow car services granted under CPCN 7408, Sub 1.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before September 23, 2022.
