NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner
Justan Hoover (the “Petitioner”), has filed a
Petition for Issuance of Letters Testamentary
and Authorization to Administer the Estate
under the Independent Administration of
Estates Act with Full Authority, for the Estate
of Deana Lee Hoover, Deceased; and has
set the matter for hearing on September 27,
2022, at 8:30 a.m., in the First Judicial District
Court, 885 E. Musser Street, Carson City,
Nevada 89701.
The Petition requests authority to administer
the estate under the Independent Administration
of Estates Act. This will avoid the need
to obtain court approval for many actions
taken in connection with the estate. However,
before taking certain actions, the Personal
Representative will be required to give notice
to interested persons unless they have waived
notice or have consented to the proposed
action. Independent administration authority
will be granted unless good cause is shown
why it should not be.
The matter will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do
not need to appear unless you wish to object.
