APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92293
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 15th
day of December 2022 Carson City of Carson
City, Nevada made application to the State
Engineer of Nevada for permission to change
the point of diversion and place of use of
0.1203 c.f.s., 70 a.f.a., a portion of water
heretofore appropriated under Permit 26581,
Certificate 9622. Water will be diverted from
an underground source (Carson City Well
#9 – Ross Gold Park) at a point located within
the NW1/4 NW1/4 Section 32, T15N, R20E,
MDB&M or at a point from which the C1/4
corner of said Section 32 bears S 44 degrees
34 minutes 12 seconds E, a distance of
2,449.75 feet (near intersection of Snyder Ave.
& Oak St. at Ross Gold Park). Water will be
used for municipal purposes from January 1st
to December 31st of each year. The existing
point of diversion was located within the NE1/4
SE1/4 Section 6, T15N, R20E, MDB&M or
at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said
Section 6 bears N 51 degrees 13 minutes 28
seconds E, a distance of 779.74 feet. Water
was used for municipal purposes from January
1st to December 31st of each year.
