filed with the Court a VERIFIED PETITION

FOR ADMITTANCE OF WILL TO SUMMARY

ADMINISTRATION PROBATE, AND FOR

ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY

WITH GRANT OF FULL AUTHORITY

TO ADMINISTER DECEDENT’S ESTATE

UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION

OF ESTATES ACT for the Estate of

the above-named Decedent; that a hearing

on the Petition has been set for Monday,

the 14th day of March, 2022, 8:30 a.m., in

Department I of the First Judicial District

Court in and for Carson City, located

at 885 E. Musser St., Carson City, NV

89701. The petition requests authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause

is shown why it should not be. Further details
