Road report as of Thursday. The following applies to Jan. 3-9:
Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Kings Canyon Road west of Longview Way remains closed for roadway reconstruction. Only local residential access will be provided. The Waterfall Trailhead and parking area is closed. There is no access and no parking for the trails. Please do not come up Kings Canyon unless you live in the area.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Curry Street between 8th Street and 10th Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for utility work.
Musser Street between Harbin Avenue and Carson Meadow Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for utility work.
Pratt Avenue between 2nd Street and 5th Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., for utility work.
