Eight underclassmen selected for 2022 Class 5A All-Star Game

The Northern Nevada Baseball Coaches Association will be hosting its underclassmen all-star game Monday, June 6 at 5 p.m. at Bishop Manogue High School early next week.
Douglas will have five players on the grey team while Carson will be represented by three players of their own, also on the grey team.
For the Tigers will be Keegan Snooks, Carter Bleeker, Thomas Young, Braden Melandow and Kaden McIver.
Devon Sanchez, Aden McNabb and Tyler Palmer will represent Carson High.
Players that were selected to the all-conference team are could get more playing time than others, per the NNBCA press release.
Reno’s Pete Savage and Douglas’ Ryan Gonzalez will coach the respective teams through the nine-inning contest.
Tickets will be $10 at the gate.
