APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91546
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of February 2022 Bench Creek Ranch Co., LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use of 0.017 c.f.s., 11.94 a.f.a, of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 34037, Certificate 11051. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Sand Mountain Well) at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 30, T17N, R32E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 30 bears N 12 degrees 25 minutes E, a distance of 480.0 feet (approx. 22 miles SE of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
