1988, as Amended: Notice is hereby given
that the undersigned is the duly appointed
and qualified Successor Trustee of the Swain
Living Trust. Beverly J. Swain, Trustor of that
Trust, died on January 26, 2022. A creditor
having a claim against the Trust estate must
file the claim with Matthew Swain, Trustee,
33 Terrell Lane, Wellington, Nevada 89444,
within ninety (90) days after the first publication
of this notice.
