Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe

The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe, on behalf
of the Fallon Tribal Health Center, is requesting
proposals from qualified individuals/firms
for the following services:
• Audiologist • Dietitian
• Endodontist • Optometrist
• Podiatrist • Psychiatrist
Please contact Jon Pishion, Health Director,
by email at fthcdirector@fpst.org, to receive
a complete RFP package. Responses are
due by Friday, April 29, 2022. Proposals
not received after that time and date shall
be rejected.
In accordance with 25 CFR and Tribal TERO
Ordinance, Indian Preference will be afforded
to qualified Native American applicants/firms.
The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe reserves
the right to accept and or refuse any and/or
all responses.
