BEFORE THE NEVADA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
777 Towing, Inc. d/b/a 777 Towing filed a Joint application under Docket 22-03006 for sale and transfer of consent and non-consent tow authority granted under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) 7327 to 777 Towing, LLC d/b/a 777 Towing. This application may include tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before April 7, 2022.
