Dayton’s Powell picks up second team nod

 Dayton High senior guard Isaiah Powell earned second team all-league honors in the Class 3A North this season.
Powell averaged 15.5 points per game for the Dust Devils on 47 percent shooting from the floor in 17 games this past winter.
He grabbed 7.5 rebounds per contest while swiping an average of 4.3 steals per game and dishing out 3.2 assists per game.
Powell’s scoring average was the second highest in Class 3A North-East region, behind Elko’s Michael Klekas, who averaged 24 points per clip.
