NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the currently acting Trustee of the WILLIAM F. CODY and NANCY MAE CUNNINGHAM CODY LIVING TRUST, dated March 8, 2005. WILLIAM F. CODY and NANCY MAE CUNNINGHAM CODY were the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. WILLIAM F. CODY died on November 2, 2008. The surviving Grantor, NANCY MAE CODY died on December 28, 2021. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of WILLIAM F. CODY or NANCY MAE CODY must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
