BEFORE THE NEVADA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS
William Floyd and Joshua Floyd (“Sellers”) and Mulugeta Abraham (“Buyer”) filed 2 Joint Ex Post Facto applications under Docket 22-03030, and 22-03031, for the sale and transfer of 51% of the stock of Abraham Limo Service, Inc., holder of CPCN’s 1104 charter limousine and 2159 charter bus, respectively. The Applications may include tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before April 21, 2022.
