The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe, on behalf

of the Tribal Election Committee, is requesting

proposals from qualified individuals/firms for

the following services:

• ELECTION JUDGE

• ELECTION PROSECUTOR

Please contact the Tribal Election Committee,

by email at tribalelections@fpst.org, to receive

a complete RFP package. Responses are

due by Friday, April 29, 2022, 5:00 pm.

Proposals received after that time and date

shall be rejected. For more information, please

call 775-423-6075.

In accordance with 25 CFR and Tribal TERO

Ordinance, Indian Preference will be afforded

to qualified Native American applicants/firms.

The Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe reserves

the right to accept and or refuse any and/or all

responses.
