NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Churchill County Board of Commissioners will
hold a public hearing on November 16, 2022,
at approximately 2:15 PM, to be held in the
Commission Chambers, County Administration
Building, 155 North Taylor Street, Suite
145, Fallon, Nevada, on the following matter:
A Nuisance Complaint filed by Steven L.
Bohrn and Shannon & Jeffery Clevenger
against Troy and Beatriz Holbrook
concerning noise and lights from property
located at 2100 Trails End, Fallon, Churchill
County, Nevada.
If you cannot attend the meeting, written
comments may be submitted to the County
Clerkâs Office, 155 No. Taylor Street, Suite
110, Fallon, Nevada 89406, before 4:00 PM
on November 15, 2022 or via email to:
