Movies & More: Your Community Owned & Operated Fallon Theatre

Steve Ranson / Nevada News Group

We welcome November this weekend, Nov. 4-5, with two great movies which will be playing Friday and Saturday evenings.

Our first feature each evening, starting at 6 p.m. is the 2015 children's movie “Home.” When Oh, a loveable misfit from another planet, lands on Earth and finds himself on the run from his own people, he forms an unlikely friendship with an adventurous girl named Tip who is on a quest of her own.

Through a series of comic adventures with Tip, Oh comes to understand that being different and making mistakes is all part of being human. Voices provided by Jim Parsons, Rihanna, Steve Martin and Jennifer Lopez.

Our second feature each evening, at 6:30 p.m., is the 1989 adventure film “Back to the Future II.” This fun movie follows Marty McFly and Doc Brown as they travel from 1985 to 2015 to prevent Marty’s son from sabotaging the McFly families’ future. The duo must return to 1955 to restore the timeline. Starring Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Elisabeth Shue.

Don’t forget that standup comedy returns to our stage on Saturday, Nov. 12, with Veterans Day Weekend Comedy. Advance tickets are $20. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. For more info please visit the following:
