MARIE RITCHIE, Petitioner, has filed with

the Clerk of this Court a PETITION FOR

APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR

& PETITION FOR LETTERS

OF ADMINISTRATION, in the Estates of

STERLING HOWARD CURTIS and JANICE

KAY CURTIS, Deceased. A hearing on the

Petition has been fixed before the Court for

the 29th day of November, 2022, at the hour

of 9:00 o’clock a.m., in the Courtroom of the

Tenth Judicial District Court, 73 North Maine

Street, Fallon, Nevada. All persons interested

in said Estates are notified then and there to

appear and show cause, if any they have, why

the Petition should not be granted. A verified

Petition is on file with the Clerk of the Court.

All heirs or persons entitled to Notice will be

provided with a copy of the Verified Petition

with this Notice.
