NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Roy L. Street filed four (4) joint applications
under Dockets 22-11008, 22-11009, 22-11010
and 22-11011 for sale and transfer of 100% of
Company stock to Robin L. Street for Capitol
Cab Company, Yellow Cab of Reno, Inc., Reno
Cab Company, Inc., and Executive Limousine
Service, Inc., under CPCNs 2445, 1014, 1025,
and 1026, respectively. The applications may
include tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest
in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene
at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions
must conform to the Authority’s regulations and
must be filed on or before December 9, 2022.
