 NOTICE OF BANK MERGER APPLICATION 

Notice is hereby given that Hometown Bank, 80 Sheboygan Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54935 has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for approval of the merger of FEB Nevada, Inc., 701 South Carson Street, Suite 200, Carson City, Nevada 89701 into Hometown Bank. Hometown Bank will be the surviving entity in the merger. 

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606, not later than November 8, 2022. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
