to sell approximately

acres of unimproved

land situated on

Edwards Lane, Fallon,

Churchill County,

Nevada, for the sum of

$25,000.00.

All persons interested

in bidding a

greater amount than

$25,000.00 may

appear with their bids.

The initial bid shall

increase in original

sales price by at least

5%. All bidder offers

will be considered as a

cash sale.
