NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

undersigned has been duly appointed and

qualified by the above-entitled Court on the

15th day of August, 2022, as Executor of the

Estate of Linda Jean Hirschfelt, deceased. All

creditors having claims against said estate

are required to file the same, with the proper

vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court

within ninety (90) days after the first publication

of this notice. If service is by mail, such claim

must be filed in accordance with the foregoing

instructions within ninety (90) days after the

publication of this notice or if less than thirty

(30) days remain following such mailing, within

thirty (30) days after the date of mailing of this

notice.

A copy of your claim must also be mailed to

the Personal Representative for the estate at

the address shown below.
