NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CATHERINE
FERRATO is the currently acting Trustee
of the SWAN LIVING TRUST, dated April 6,
2009, created by GERALD BERNARD SWAN,
as Grantor and original Trustee. GERALD
BERNARD SWAN died on August 4, 2022. A
creditor having a claim against the trust estate
on behalf of GERALD BERNARD SWAN,
must submit his or her claim to the undersigned
on behalf of the currently acting Trustee
within ninety (90) days after first publication
of this Notice.
