PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE
Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, section
2.110, pertaining to the publication of an
ordinance adopted by the Carson City Board of
Supervisors, the following ordinances were proposed
at the regular meeting of the Carson City
Board of Supervisors held on March 16, 2023,
voted upon, and adopted at the regular meeting
held on April 6, 2023 and ordered by said Board
of Supervisors to be published by title:
Ordinance No. 2023-6
Bill No. 107
An ordinance approving a development agreement
between Carson City and Palaseek LLP,
Oikos Development Corporation, and Sierra
Flats Family I LP concerning the conveyance
of approximately 3.41 acres of City-owned land
and the development of an affordable housing
project on that land, located at Assessor’s
Parcel Number (“APN”) 010-037-06, and other
matters properly related thereto.
The names of the Supervisors voting for
passage of the foregoing ordinance at the April
6, 2023, meeting are: Supervisor Stacey Giomi,
Supervisor Curtis Horton, Supervisor Lisa
Schuette, Mayor Lori Bagwell
The names of the Supervisors voting
against passage of the foregoing ordinance
are: Supervisor Maurice White
Those abstaining: None; those absent: None
