appointed and qualified Successor Trustee

of THE JORY FAMILY TRUST. LAVERNE

M. JORY, the Settlor of that trust, died on

November 2, 2022.

A creditor having a claim against the settlor

and against the trust estate must file a claim

with the undersigned at the address given

below within ninety (90) days after the first

publication date of this notice.
