NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner
Donna A. Zanetti has filed with this Court a
Petition for Probate of Will and for Issuance of
Letters Testamentary (“Petition”).
A hearing on the Petition has been set for
the 14th day of March, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in
Department Two of the above-entitled Court
located at 855 E. Musser Street, Carson City,
Nevada. All persons interested in the Probate or
in objecting to the Petition are notified to appear
at said time and place and show cause, if any,
why the Petition should not be granted.
The Petition and all of its particulars can be
viewed at the First Judicial District Court located
at 855 E. Musser Street, Carson City, NV 89701.
The Petitioner filed a Notice of Intent to
