APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92391
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 25th day of January 2023 Desert Gun Club, Inc. of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 10.0 c.f.s.(diversion only - no additional duty is being requested) of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from Hazen Slough at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 Section 9, T20N, R27E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of Section 3, T20N, R27E, MDB&M bears N 55 degrees 00 minutes E, a distance of 3,377 feet (approx. 6 miles NE of Hazen, NV). Water will be used for recreation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
