AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Petitioner

Todd W. Echan by and through his attorneys

Alling & Jillson, Ltd., has filed in this Court a

Verified Petition to Admit Decedent’s Lost Will

to Probate, to Issue Letters Testamentary, for

Authorization to Administer the Estate Under

the Independent Administration of Estates Act

with Full Authority pertaining to the Estate of

Rose E.G. Echan, deceased, and a hearing

has been set for the 13th day of March, 2023,

at 8:30 a.m. in Department No. 1, at the courthouse

of the above-entitled court located at

885 E. Musser St., Carson City, NV 89701. All

persons interested in the Estate are hereby

notified to show cause why the Petition should

not be granted. This matter will be approved

without further hearing unless an objection is

filed. You do not need to appear unless you

wish to object. The Petition requests authority

to administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will

avoid the need to obtain court approval for

many actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions,

the Personal Representative will be required

to give notice to interested persons unless

they have waived notice or have consented to

the proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good

cause is shown why it should not be.
