A Civil Complaint has been filed against you by the Plaintiff. Plaintiff seeks a civil action for partition of real property, including personal property situated thereon, located in the County of Churchill, State of Nevada, commonly referred to as 880 Sage Lane, Fallon, Nevada, and more fully described as follows:

If you intend to defend this lawsuit, you must do the following within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons, exclusive of the day of service.
a. File with the Clerk of this Court, whose address is shown below, a formal written answer to the Complaint, along with the appropriate filing fees, in accordance with the rules of the Court.
b. Serve a copy of your Answer upon the Attorney whose name and address is shown below.
Unless you respond, a Default will be entered upon application of the Plaintiff and this Court may enter a Judgement against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint.
