Spring is in the air, and we’re feeling especially grateful for the continued support from our wonderful community.

When you join our Sustaining Membership program, you're helping keep the magic of movies, music and live performance alive in Fallon. Our annual sustaining membership meeting is coming up on April 30 at 6 p.m., and we invite all current and prospective members to join us. We’ll reflect on the past year, set some exciting goals for the next, and enjoy a slice of cake together.

Plus, there will be a raffle for attending members only, and you must be present to win!

This Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m., we’ll be screening “Hop” (2011), a fun-filled, family-friendly film that mixes animation with live action. Follow E.B., the teenage son of the Easter Bunny, as he pursues his dream of becoming a drummer in Hollywood. It’s a hilarious and heartwarming adventure perfect for kids and adults alike. The film is rated PG.

At 7 p.m. both nights, we’ll be showing “The Passion of the Christ” (2004), a powerful and intense depiction of the final hours of Jesus Christ’s life. Directed by Mel Gibson and spoken entirely in Aramaic, Latin, and Hebrew, this film is known for its emotional impact and unflinching storytelling.

The movie is rated R for sequences of graphic violence.

Next weekend, we’re thrilled to present “Inside Out” (2015), sponsored by Pinwheels for Prevention as part of a special family-friendly movie night.

In addition, PACC will take the stage with their lively production of Pump Boys and Dinettes, a toe-tapping musical set in a gas station diner on Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person and available at paccnv.org.

On May 2 and May 3, we’re hosting a special weekend event featuring “The Chronicles of Narnia” sponsored by Victory Baptist Church. The 6 p.m. screenings will offer a unique 4D experience with added sensory elements like vibrations, scent, mist and more — all perfect for an immersive family night out.

The 7 p.m. showings will be standard format. All showings are free to attend, and the seat reservation link can be found on our website.

Also in May, don’t miss Head Over Feet, a tribute band celebrating the music of Alanis Morissette, performing live on Monday, May 5 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door.

Mark your calendars for our Fundraising Show & Shine on Sept. 27. This community car show is free for the public to enjoy, and those interested in participating can find the signup link on our website.
