The Carson Chamber Singers will continue its 40th season with "North America: A Choral Tapestry" concerts Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26.
The concerts will celebrate music by composers from the U.S. and Canada, including Andrew Balfour, William Billings, Aaron Copland, Kinley Lange, Morten Lauridsen, Stephen Paulus and Shulamit Ran.
The first concert will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, April 25 at Shepherd of the Sierra Lutheran Church. The event is free; donations are welcome.
The second concert will take place at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 26 at First United Methodist Church. General admission tickets are $18 each. Discount tickets for seniors (62 and older), students, and members are $15. Youth ages 18 and under are free. Tickets are available at CCSymphony.com and at the door.
