The 11th annual De Golyer Bucking Horse and Bull Bash rides into town June 27-28.
The festivities begin Friday, June 27, with gates opening at 3 p.m. for the Deana Carter Kickoff Concert. Entertainment is set to start at 6 p.m. with the opening band, White Water, taking the stage before Carter's performance.
On Saturday, June 28, gates open at 10 a.m. Saturday also will feature a car show, mud volleyball, corn hole tournaments, live bands, two free kid zones, a food truck frenzy and a variety of craft vendors.
The main rodeo events start at 6 p.m. Events include mutton busting, calf riding, jr. steer riding, barrel racing, breakaway, team roping, bareback barrel racing, bronc riding and bull riding.

Fallon Elks Lodge to host baseball, softball competition July 26
Baseball and softball enthusiasts who missed out on the June Pitch, Hit & Run event will get another swing at it.
The Fallon Elks Lodge number 2239 is set to host a second MLB Pitch, Hit & Run competition on Friday, July 26, at Oats Park Ball Field starting at 9 a.m. This free softball and baseball skills event is open to boys and girls from 7-8 years, 8-10 years, 11-12 years and 13-14 years.

Winners at each level will have the opportunity to compete in the finals at the World Series.
