APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94269
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 19th day of March 2025 Fisk/Robertson Mining of Littleton, Colorado made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.446 c.f.s., 72.804 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 52442. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 10, T22N, R33E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of Section 24, T21N, R32E, MDB&M bears S 26 degrees 02 minutes 56 seconds W, a distance of 43,172.24 feet (approx. 28 miles SE of the intersection of I-80 and US-95 in Churchill County, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 1, T22N, R33E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 1 bears N 48 degrees 00 minutes 33 seconds E, a distance of 5,713.89 feet. Water was used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
