Saturday, June 7 hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no entry fee for the festival and vendor booths. We have more than 30 vendor booths that will feature crafts, food, and information. Along with our booths, we will have bounce houses, games, raffles, and much more. We will be featuring live music Friday night and Saturday.
This is not just a fund-raiser it is also a fun raiser because the entire day is devoted to our BFF’s. In fact it is the best dog gone event in Fallon for dogs and people.
This is a chance for all the dog lovers to come with their BFF’s mingle with old friends, make new friends, enjoy walking together, and explore the varied booths. Who will be the furry star of the contests this year?
Bark in the Park is our biggest fund-raiser. All of the money we receive from this will go toward our impending veterinary bills and shelter upkeep. We have bundles of puppies and kitties, needing shots and spay/neutering. The increased cost of veterinary services has depleted our funds. Your involvement in this joyous festival will help us to continue to meet our goals.
CAPS will always have a special place in my heart because our dearly departed Watson was a CAPS graduate. The love and attention shown each animal in CAPS care is phenomenal. This is your chance to come out and support our no-kill shelter. I hope to see you there!
ATTENTION
We are still accepting vendors for Bark in the Park and you can email for the application at bitp@capsnevada.org. Booths that are selling cost $45 (no water or electricity) $55 (with water and electricity) non-selling/informational booths are free.
