Stewart Title to relocate to Carson City’s newest financial center

Stewart Title will relocate its Carson City offices to the new Irwin Financial Center on East College Parkway, joining several other financial businesses.
The center will house Irwin Union Bank & Trust Company, Irwin Mortgage, Wealth Strategies, Connemara Development, Bayliss & Associates and Billing Solutions. It will open in February.
“We have chosen to move from our existing downtown location largely due to the fact that we’ve outgrown our space,” said Brent Holderman, Stewart Title president of Carson City and Douglas County branches.
“We have grown considerably over the past few years, and our new location on East College Parkway affords us more room to continue growing both our staff and new technology applications. Plus, we’re happy that we’ll be located in this excellent location so close to the new freeway bypass.”
Stewart Title will lease a 9,050-square-foot building in the financial center. The company will move its 25 Carson City employees to the new location when the center opens. Stewart Title operates 13 Northern Nevadan locations.
The $14.3 million financial center, owned and developed by Connemara Park LLC, surrounds the Sonic drive-in on College Parkway.
The 6.5-acre parcel will contain six buildings ranging from 3,000 square feet to 32,000 square feet.
Three of the buildings are occupied by a dentist’s office, law firm and accounting firm, said John Griffin, a partner in Connemara Park LLC. The center is named after its largest tenant, Irwin Union Bank.
Irwin Union Bank will offer full retail and commercial banking services, drive-up banking, ATM, commercial lending services, commercial real estate, residential mortgage lending and deposit and investment services in the new center, which is under development.
