Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of felony battery with substantial bodily harm
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
At 1:22 p.m., a 44-year-old transient woman was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and Department of Alternative Sentencing hold after deputies responded to reports of a woman yelling at customers in a parking lot near the 1000 block of Carson Street. Bail was set at $150.
At 7:01 p.m., Andrew Harris, of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon with substantial bodily harm and domestic battery after deputies responded to reports of a shooting near the 2900 block of Airport Road. Bail was set at $35,000.
At 5:18 a.m., a 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of destruction of property after deputies responded to reports of a man smashing a glass door at a residence near the 1200 block of Goldfield Avenue. Bail was set at $2,500.
At 4:30 p.m., Charles Muscott, 36, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary, felony parole and probation hold and contempt of court after deputies initiated a consensual stop near College Parkway and GS Richards. Bail was set at $23,000.
At 11 p.m., Sheila Edwards, 47, of Dayton was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI with prior felony DUI conviction, no valid driver’s license, break lamps required, no proof of insurance, contempt of court and willful damage to property after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Stewart and William streets. Bail was set at $21,990.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
