Center Street Farmers Market returns in June

Staff Report

Spring is the time of year when our local farmers begin harvesting their amazing fresh fruits and vegetables.

This year, Center Street Farmers Market is partnering with The Twisted Branch.

“We are combining efforts with Megan and her crew at the Twisted Branch to provide even more exciting programming throughout the summer season,” the market said in a news release.

The market will take place every Friday in the parking lot at the intersection of Center Street and Taylor Street adjacent to The Twisted Branch.

Enjoy performances from local musicians, eat dinner prepared by Fallon’s food trucks and restaurants, get a 10-minute deep tissue massage, and stock up on the best local products including: fresh fruits and vegetables, local honey, jams, pickles, arts and crafts.

While you are at the market, make sure to stop by the market committee booth to be entered into a weekly drawing for a raffle basket stocked with goodies from all of our vendors.

Special activities will be held at the Center Street Farmers Market over the course of the season to include: blood drives, car shows, live music, and other entertainment.

Outdoor stations at the market will be assigned to local farmers, artisans, crafters, cottage food producers, and other licensed vendors on a first-paid-first-reserved basis. The registration fee is $20 per week for all for-profit businesses and free for all non-profits. All vendors are required to contribute an item for our weekly raffle baskets valued at $5.

All vendors must comply to the Center Street Farmers Market rules, terms, and conditions. Copies of all market documents are available by emailing or under the Center Street Farmers Market tab at
