Commission to discuss Enel update on glare

The Churchill County Board of Commissioners will meet tomorrow at 8:15 a.m. in the chambers at 155 N. Taylor St.

The commission will consider and take possible action regarding the following:

Approval of grant application to the 2017 Pet Safe Bark for Your Park for the Churchill County Parks and Recreation Department.

Dodge Bros Inc., Dodge Land & Livestock Co., Carlon F. Dodge, and C. David Dodge — an application for a Sending Site and Transfer of Development Rights calculation for properties located at 7055 Schurz Highway, 7800 Schurz Highway, 305 Dodge Lane et al, and on the Schurz Highway.

Approval of fiscal year 2017-2018 pay tables.

FTA 5311 Grant for Operations, FTA 5311/5339 Grant for Vehicle, Agreement for the purchase of a new bus for Churchill Area Regional Transportation (CART) if funds are available.

Update on progress made by Enel Green Power North America associated with eliminating the glare at 4637 Lawrence Lane related to the Nuisance Complaint filed by Candy Peck.

Reappointment of Bob Getto to the Churchill County TDR Sending Site Review Committee.

Reappointment of Gary Imelli, Bob Francke and Ava Case to the Churchill County Parks and Recreation Commission.

Appointment of Bill Williams to the Churchill County Library Board to fill the unexpired term of LeAnn Davis through June 30, 2020.

Approval of the purchase of a new ALI database for use with the Churchill County E-911 system.

Request for a transfer of funds to the Churchill County Road Department for the first and final payment on the various FY 2017 road and bridge projects (third quarter).
