The following cases were heard Tuesday in the Tenth Judicial District Court.
Anthony Sanchez’s case is continued 30 days so that he may find another program that was equal to and just as rigorous as the Salvation Army’s counseling program
Randy Coe pleaded guilty to unlawful use or being under the influence of a controlled substance, a Category E Felony, in violation of NRS 453.411(3)(A) and ordered for the diversion program pursuant to NRS 453.3363.
Paul Redman Nance pleaded not guilty to possession of stolen property and controlled substance and set for trial in March.
Tara Lynn Anderson pleaded guilty to unlawful use or being under the influence of a controlled substance, a Category E Felony, in violation of NRS 453.411(3)(A) and ordered to the diversion program pursuant to NRS 453.3363.
Patricia Irene Steep was sentenced on failure to appear after admission to bail or release without bail, a Category D Felony, in violation of NRS 199.335(2). She was given imprisonment in the Nevada State Prison for a minimum term of 12 months, with a maximum term of 32 months, and a minimum parole eligibility of 12 months, suspended.
Teresa Anne McCoy admitted to violations and was reinstated on probation.
Larry French’s own recognizance (OR) release modified to include no driving.
Lauren Gilmore’s case is continued for six weeks for the defendant to obtain an evaluation for sentencing for child abuse charge.
Zackary Franco was sentenced to prison for 13-48 months for burglary.
Tina Reinartz was on probation for drug charges and this was her second violation hearing. Her probation was modified to include Fallon Mental Health Court.
Carrie Werfleman’s hearing on the state’s motion to revoke own recognizance (OR) release was continued one week.
Travis Steve was sentenced to prison for 21-60 months for assault with a deadly weapon.
