Brief: real world math for kids
The seventh annual International Space Station Teleconference: Expedition 2000 will take visitors on a journey where math and science reach new heights.
The Children’s Museum of Northern Nevada will host this live broadcast on the main floor of the exhibit hall from 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17.
Families, individuals and school groups are encouraged to attend; groups are asked to call for reservations. The live and interactive program will present real world examples of math and science for children of all ages. Visitors will see science and technology come together as NASA experts prepare for the first expedition mission that will being a permanent human presence in space.
