Video-teleconference workshops will be at Rural Development office in Carson City and at Farm Service Centers in Fallon, Elko and Las Vegas. The sessions will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 19 and March 30 and 1 to 2:30 p.m. Feb. 11 and March 8.
