MONDAY: Beef nacho casserole, Spanish rice, refried beans, orange spinach salad, apricots and pineapple juice.
TUESDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwich halves, carrot salad, grapes and apple juice.
WEDNESDAY: Chile relleno, refried beans, corn, ambrosia and churro.
THURSDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans and pears
FRIDAY: Corned beef and cabbage, mixed fruit cups and apple pie.
Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
MONDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread, peaches, pineapple and brownies.
TUESDAY: Chicken in orange sauce, brown rice, red wine vinaigrette, dressing, spring salad, savory beans and pineapple poppy seed salad.
WEDNESDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread, margarine, bananas and apple crisp.
THURSDAY: Turkey chili, low-sodium rye crackers, layered salad and apricot crisp.
FRIDAY: Corned beef, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, apples, rye bread, cake and ice cream.

MONDAY: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, strawberry spinach salad, Capri vegetables, dinner rolls, applesauce and cherry walnut dessert.
TUESDAY: Deviled pork chops, baked potatoes, sour cream and chives, brussels sprouts, colorful salad with French dressing and tapioca pudding.
WEDNESDAY: Combination pizza, mixed green salad with ranch dressing, fresh pineapple, V8 and chocolate eclairs.
THURSDAY: Roast beef au jus, steamed white rice, steamed baby lima beans, sliced tomatoes, oatmeal bran muffins, apple jelly and apricot halves.
FRIDAY: Corned beef and cabbage, Jell-O fruit salad, red potatoes, rye bread, carrots, green apple juice and lime sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuits, honey and ambrosia.
THURSDAY: Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, fresh fruit, rye bread and St. Patrick’s Day cake.
FRIDAY: Turkey and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat bread, carrots and peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.
