Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Jan. 2. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Aloha Liquor, 4555 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Artisan Bakeworks & Cafe, 701 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Dotty’s, 3771 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Jimmy John’s, 3849 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Little Caesars Pizza, 1217 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Los Garcias Mexican Restaurant, 2000 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, caterer, 801 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

San Marcos Grill, bar and lounge, 260 E. Winnie Lane, scored 100 points.

San Rafael Coffee Company, 711 S. Carson St., Suite 3, scored 100 points.

Wendy’s, 2555 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Z Bistro, 725 Basque Way, Suite 1, scored 100 points.

McDonald’s, 3905 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. There was a leak under the customer soda dispenser, and water was pooling inside the cabinet under the dispenser.

Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake, 4314 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, restaurant, 801 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. There was no sanitizer bucket or spray bottle set up during food preparation activities, corrected on site.

Yogo Frozen Yogurt & Sweet Treats, 3250 Retail Drive, Suite 105, scored 99 points. The urinal in the men’s restroom was not in working order.

Gold Dust West, Ole Ole, 2171 E. Highway 50, scored 98 points. There were no sanitizer buckets set up during food preparation and service activities. Walls, ceilings and floors needed cleaning.

Taco Oasis, mobile food vehicle, scored 98 points. Cutting board surfaces were damaged.

San Marcos Grill, 260 E. Winnie Lane, scored 97 points. There was no hot water in the kitchen’s hand washing sink.

U.S. Submarine Base, 1894 E. Highway 50, Suite 10, scored 97 points. Individual and bulk containers were not labeled with the date the food was prepared. Floors were dirty under the mop sink and under the soda rack. There were areas of exposed and damaged wall board behind the mop sink. A ceiling panel was out of place above the meat slicer. The fan guard inside the refrigerator next to the three-compartment sink was dirty. There was grease accumulation on the sides of the grill.
