Carson City woman a finalist in pageant
Carson City’s Kendra Raelynn Ford, 18, was chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Nevada pageant to be held July 11-12 at JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, where she will participate in the junior teen and teen divisions.
Ford enjoys horseback riding, walking her dog, working out and reading. She works with the children’s club at Fitness 1440 and volunteers at the V&T Pet Clinic. She hopes to become a veterinary technician. To help sponsor Ford, submit donations at any Wells Fargo bank under “Kendra’s National American Miss sponsorship donations.”
