Cheers & Kudos
I would like to compliment the coordinators of the Carson City Ghost Walk. I attended the “undertaker tour” of the Ghost Walk last weekend with my son and niece, both 5 years old. The tour was very educational and kid friendly. I think we all forget the history we have right here in Nevada. The Ghost Walk is a great way for families to learn and have fun at the same time.
I would like to thank the following sponsors who helped St. Teresa School, win for the second year in a row, first place in the religious category at this years 2009 Nevada Day Parade. This years float also won the Governor’s Choice award. A big thanks goes out to REDCO, Mark IV Homes, Capital Glass, Miles Construction, Metcalf Builders, and Kelly-Moore Paints. Thank you also goes out to the Larkin, Schafer, and the Gagnon families for constructing the float.
Nevada Day Float Chairman
The family of David “Jason” Woellner give thanks for the support and kindness received from friends, family, neighbors, volunteers, doctors, employers, hospice, ALS of Nevada, the First Lady of Nevada and the staff at the Governor’s mansion, and the most generous Minden/Gardnerville and Carson City businesses and communities during our recent loss.
We are truly blessed to have had Jason in our lives and to have all of you walking beside us during this most difficult journey.
Many thanks and kind regards, Deena, Katie, Brooke Woellner and Colleen and John Butler.
