The following recipe was left out of Wednesday’s food page:
Spicy Sour Cream
1 cup sour cream
1/2 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon chopped sage
Salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste
Pinch cayenne pepper
Mix together all ingredients. Selection of herbs used may be varied, but they should all be fresh, not dried.
Makes about 1 cup.
