Storey County

Nevada State Health Division inspections of a Storey County food-service establishment and the date of inspection:

• Solid Muldoon, Virginia City, 85, Oct. 7

Attached sink in wall of restroom. Repair drywall ceiling in food storage area. Provide temp gauge for each cooler and freezer. Clean ceiling vent. Clean and degrease kitchen floor and all food service equipment.

• Solid Muldoon reinspection

Clean paint, repair all the drywall in storage area. No bare wood, paint, attach to wall. Provide NSF-grade, food-grade, three-compartment sink. Repair/replace floor in kitchen. Operate for 70 days from Oct. 9. Submit plans for cleanup of kitchen prior to opening.
