Labor Day trains set at Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City

The 1905 Steam Locomotive No. 25 highlights the Labor Day weekend celebration at the Nevada State Railroad Museum. The historic Virginia and Truckee train will carry passengers on 30-minute trips departing every 45 minutes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., today through Monday. The museum’s Jacobsen Interpretive Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Adult tickets are $8; children 12 to 17 are $8, and members and ages 4 to 12 are $4. Children 3 and younger are free.
