The speech, which starts starts at 6 p.m. and is expected to last about a half hour, will be broadcast live on KOLO, KRNV, KTVN and KNPB.

The governor will try to address the state’s financial crisis and how to fix the gaping hole in the budget that has grown to $881 million.

Senate Majority Leader Steven Horsford, D-North Las Vegas, will give the Legislature’s response after the governor’s speech.
