Man jailed in sex assault of twins, 11
A Carson City man was arrested Thursday in connection with the molestation of twin 11-year-old girls.
Jorge Gomez-Dominguez, 37, was booked into the Carson City Jail at 11:52 a.m. on suspicion of felony sexual assault with a child under 14 and a misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence related to a 2009 battery charge.
According to the arrest report, a deputy was called out the girls’ school after the two reported to school officials that Gomez-Dominguez had been sexually abusing them for at least a year.
When questioned by an investigator, one girl said Gomez-Dominguez would sometimes rub lotion on her back and then touch her genitals. In another instance, he allegedly wanted to “check her for bugs, which she did not want to do but he insisted,” the report states. On a separate occasion, he allegedly performed oral sex on the child, the report states.
The other girl said the abuse began in elementary school when Gomez-Dominguez would allegedly touch her as she slept.
After speaking with the children, the investigator spoke with Gomez-Dominguez at his job in the 2800 block of Conestoga Drive, according to the report.
“(Gomez-Dominguez) confessed to having oral sex with Victim 1 on Oct. 19 and inappropriately touching Victim 1 approximately two months ago while ‘checking her for bugs,'” the report states.
He is being held on $25,000 bail.
