The Sardine Club Redivivus. A considerable delegation of the Sardine Club took an expedition to the Carson yesterday in search of game and fish. The game was not particularly plenty and they got back to town with only one snipe, one lark, one emancipated rabbit and an unfortunate tomtit. They were in better luck with their fishing, bringing back 35 very handsome trout.

The White Laundry Ball. The Terpsichorean Club has very generously volunteered to give a bail for the benefit of the White Laundry. It will come off on the 27th. There promises to be an immense turnout.

100 years ago

Tomorrow evening the Grand theater presents a varied and most pleasing program, “Honor Thy Husband,” a two-reel number, featuring Sydney Ayres, Doris Pawn and Abe Mundore. A feature full of new situations. You will like it.
